Home Eye Test

Here is a vision test that you can perform at home. This may be particularly valuable now during the coronavirus crisis.  Instructions are provided to use your computer monitor or to print an eye chart.

For children who do not know their letters, print this HOTV chart from ABCD-Vision.org, fold it so the figures are on the outside and secure it with a paper clip.

Print matching guide for younger children and follow directions for measuring vision.  Ignore instructions on using pinhole.
